This week we took a good look into other British social realist movies that conveyed the working class life with quite a few themes and mise-en-scene. For example, KES displays a boy who is often bullied and isolated from society, who is a working class boy that leads him to make friends with a bird. This widened my knowledge of how to portray poverty by using themes that can conform to you.We also completed an evaluation on our preliminary task to see our mistakes and strengths so we can take benefit of it into the future.
